Account & Profile: name, email, password (hashed), company, role.

Billing: billing address and payment method details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Usage & Logs: IP, device/browser, session timestamps, actions (e.g., credit issuance, task runs, downloads), error events—used for security, support, analytics, and payment dispute evidence.

Content: files you upload and outputs generated to provide the Service.

Comms: messages to support, marketing preferences, surveys.

3) How We Use Data

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Service (including fraud prevention and abuse detection).
  • Process payments and resolve chargebacks with processors/banks using activity and delivery logs.
  • Improve features, train non-user-identifying systems, and run aggregate analytics.
  • Send service emails (receipts, notices). With your consent or where permitted, send product updates and tips (you can opt out anytime).

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Contract performance; legitimate interests (security, fraud/chargeback defense, analytics); consent (marketing where required); legal obligations.

SMS Marketing & Data Usage Disclosure

1. SMS Program Participation

By subscribing to Omnime's SMS program, you consent to receive marketing and transactional text messages from Omnime at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Data Collection and Usage

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile number and consent information to send text messages as described. We may also collect information such as delivery and engagement data (e.g., message open rates, link clicks) to improve communication performance.

3. SMS Abandoned Cart Notifications

Omnime's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you add to your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
