Omnime — Terms of Service

1) Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing any plan or credits, or using Omnime, you agree to these Terms.
2) The Service & Credits
Omnime provides AI-powered content tools. Paid plans include a balance of credits. Credits are a consumable digital service unit used to run tasks (e.g., training, generations). Delivery occurs when credits are added to your account and/or tasks are run, which is logged in your dashboard.
3) Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for your login, devices, and all activity under your account. You must be legally able to contract in your jurisdiction and use only content you own or are licensed to use.
4) Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled in your account or via the method we provide.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term and do not retroactively refund charges.
We may change plan features or pricing; changes apply on your next term unless stated otherwise.
5) Fees, Refunds & Right-of-Withdrawal Waiver
All fees, subscriptions, and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes partial months, unused credits, and downgrades.
Immediate digital delivery. By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content/credits and acknowledge you lose any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right (where applicable, e.g., EU/UK) once delivery begins or credits are added.
At our sole discretion, we may issue courtesy credits for technical issues we verify. Courtesy credits are not cash and may expire.
Evidence of delivery/performance includes:
- Credits granted
- Login records
- IP/device data
- Task submissions
- Generation previews/files
- Download logs shown in your dashboard
6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to file a chargeback where services were delivered as described (credits issued and/or tasks run).
If you file a chargeback, we may submit the evidence above to your bank. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, you authorize us to re-charge the amount and you remain responsible for any fees incurred due to the dispute.
We may suspend or terminate the account during a payment dispute and pursue collection for unpaid amounts.
7) Content & License
You retain ownership of your uploads and outputs (subject to third-party rights). You grant Omnime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
8) Acceptable Use
No illegal content, no infringement, no impersonation, no face-swaps or inputs you do not have rights to, and only SFW content per our safety rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
9) Intellectual Property
The Service, models, and UI are owned by Omnime. No reverse engineering, scraping, or competing model training on our outputs.
10) Service Availability
The Service is provided as is and may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.
11) Disclaimers & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement).
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three (3) months before the claim.
12) Indemnity
You will indemnify Omnime against claims arising from your content, your use, or your breach of these Terms.
13) Termination
You may cancel at any time (effective at period end). We may suspend/terminate for violation, fraud, or non-payment. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
14) Changes
We may update these Terms. The Last updated date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Omnime mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Omnime ("Omnime", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Omnime's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Omnime through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Omnime. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Omnime or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Omnime mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
